funding, continuity of government and operations, critical
infrastructure, legal issues, CBRN terrorism detection, pandemic
response preparedness, public information and emergency communications,
first responders and emergency services. |

Questionnaire provides input to
a knowledge-based proprietary algorithm that assesses
a municipality’s security preparedness and response and
provides an organizational readiness-risk-vulnerability profile. |

The SD/LG tool is available in
multi-media (paper, diskette, CD, and on a secure Internet
